We want you to be happy with your purchase from Tashi’s Yarn Bar. Please review our return policy below.


Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item (or 14 days from in‑store purchase).

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as when received or purchased
  • Unworn, unused, and unwashed
  • With original tags attached (if applicable)
  • In original packaging
  • Proof of purchase is required

There is a 10% restocking fee for online returns.


How to Start a Return

To request a return, please contact us at tashisyarnbar@gmail.com within the 14‑day return window.

Approved returns may be:

  • Brought in person, or
  • Shipped to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at tashisyarnbar@gmail.com so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non‑Returnable Items (Final Sale)

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Custom or special orders
  • Class registrations or event tickets

Classes & Events

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Class fees are non‑refundable the week of the event
  • Missed classes are not eligible for refunds or credits
  • If we cancel or reschedule a class due to low enrollment, instructor availability, or unforeseen circumstances, registrants will receive a refund or credit

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved, please contact us at tashisyarnbar@gmail.com.
