Thank you for shopping with Tashi’s Yarn Bar! We work hard to get your yarn and goodies packed with care and shipped to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.


Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days of purchase.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.
  • During periods of high volume (such as shop launches, sales, or holidays), processing times may be closer to the full 7 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Methods & Carriers

We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping method options and estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout.

Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates only and are not guaranteed.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Package weight and size
  • Shipping destination
  • Selected shipping method

Occasionally, we may offer free or promotional shipping. Any such promotions will be clearly noted at checkout.


Domestic Shipping

We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us before placing an order.


Local Pickup

If local pickup is offered, it will be clearly indicated at checkout. Pickup orders will be ready within the same 7 business day processing window, unless otherwise noted. You will receive an email when your order is ready for pickup.


Order Issues & Delays

Tashi’s Yarn Bar is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues
  • Weather or natural events
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
  • Events outside our control

Please double-check your shipping information before completing your order.


Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost:

  • Contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number
  • Notify us at tashisyarnbar@gmail.com within 7 days of the delivery date or expected delivery date

We will do our best to assist, but Tashi’s Yarn Bar is not responsible for carrier-related losses once an order has been shipped.


Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges.
